At Elysera Luxe, every order is prepared with meticulous care so your pieces arrive beautifully and securely. Please review our shipping terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (festive launches, sales, limited drops), processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive an email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

We ship across India through trusted delivery partners.

Standard Delivery (Pan-India)

  • Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Metro cities may receive orders sooner; remote locations may take additional time

Express Delivery (if activated)

  • Delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Applicable for select pin codes only

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational challenges.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may apply on select orders, based on ongoing offers.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment’s journey in real time using the provided link.

If your tracking link isn’t active immediately, please allow 12–24 hours for the courier system to update.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Elysera Luxe is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong or unreachable phone number

  • Unavailable recipient

  • Delivery refusal

Reshipping (if applicable) will incur additional shipping charges.


6. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Courier partners typically make two delivery attempts.
If the order returns to us due to:

  • Repeated delivery failure

  • Non-availability

  • Wrong address

  • Customer refusal

…the customer may be required to pay reshipping charges to have the order sent again.


7. Damaged Packages

If your parcel appears tampered with or damaged at delivery:

We will assist you immediately.


8. International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available.
