What is Elysera Luxe?

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your desired product, choose your size, and click Add to Cart.
Proceed to checkout and complete payment through our secure gateway.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
After processing, modifications cannot be made.
PAYMENT
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for most pin codes across India.
Please note:
- COD orders are subject to a small COD fee .
- Refusal or cancellation of COD orders after dispatch will limit future COD availability for your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
For Pan-India shipping, we accept multiple secure payment options, including:

- Cash on Delivery (COD)

Why did my payment fail but money got deducted?
In rare cases, a payment may fail due to technical issues or bank delays.
- If the amount is debited but the order is not placed, the amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 3β7 working days.
- If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact us at care@elyseraluxe.com with a screenshot of the transaction.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed.
If you face an issue, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, and weβll assist wherever possible.
Why is my COD order getting cancelled automatically?
A COD order may be cancelled due to:
- Non-serviceable pincode
- Multiple failed COD deliveries in the past
- Incomplete address or contact details
- Courier restrictions
If this happens, please place a prepaid order or contact us for assistance.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for wrong, damaged, or defective products.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility includes:
- Unused, unaltered product
- Tags and packaging intact
- Mandatory unboxing video without cuts or pauses
We do not accept return requests for international orders.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued as store credit after the returned item passes our quality check.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued as store credit
- Store credit is provided within 3β5 working days after quality check approval
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
Can I exchange my product?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
However, once you receive store credit from a valid return, you can place a fresh order.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours.
