1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Return is for wrong, damaged, or defective items
Note: We do not accept returns for size, fit, or preference issues.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used, washed, or tampered products

Items purchased during sales, discount offers, or using coupon codes

Customized or altered pieces

Gift cards or complimentary items
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Email us at care@elyseraluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your Order ID, product details, and a mandatory unboxing video (without cuts or edits).

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or share our return address.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued as:
Store Credit

Provided after the returned item passes our quality check (QC)

Processed within 3–5 working days after QC approval

Store credit is valid for future purchases

Shipping charges are non-refundable
If the return fails QC, the item will be sent back to you.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us immediately at care@elyseraluxe.com with your unboxing video. We will prioritize resolving the issue.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may use the issued store credit to place a new order.
